A risk prediction model was developed to identify psoriasis patients at high risk of developing psoriatic arthritis (PsA), using data from a large, prospective cohort assessed annually by rheumatologists. The model incorporated demographic, clinical, and treatment-related factors to estimate 1- and 5-year PsA risk, showing good performance (AUC 72.3 and 74.9, respectively). These findings suggest PsA can be predicted with reasonable accuracy using simple clinical variables, supporting earlier diagnosis and intervention.
